Because our arrangements use natural, fresh flowers, seasonal availability may cause slight variations in color or specific blooms. However, we always maintain the overall style, quality, and aesthetic of the design you selected

Can we request a custom arrangement or choose specific flowers that our loved one prefers

Yes. You can fully personalize your order, including custom combinations or specific flower types. We will do our utmost to fulfill your request and create the arrangement exactly as you envision, within the limits of seasonal availability

?How many days in advance should we place an order

Due to limited daily capacity and high demand during peak occasions—such as Mother’s Day and other special dates—our available order slots are released 7 business days in advance
We also offer an Emergency Option, which includes a rose-only arrangement. This service is designed for last-minute situations and can be delivered within 24 hours

?In which cities do you offer your services

Due to operational sensitivities and our commitment to maintaining the highest service standards, we currently provide our services exclusively in Tehran and Isfahan
