• Deliveries are made strictly at the date and time selected by the customer.

• If the recipient is unavailable at the specified time, our delivery ambassador will wait up to 10 minutes.

• If the delivery is still not possible, the order will be returned to our team and the customer may request

– a same-day redelivery (if available) with an additional fee, or
– a next-day redelivery, subject to schedule availability and additional charges.

• Orders cannot be canceled under any circumstances due to the personalized nature of our service
(fresh flowers, handcrafted desserts, and custom voice messages).

• Customers may reschedule the delivery date or time up to 48 hours in advance, limited to a maximum shift of one day.
• Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the delivery time is not possible.

• Because flowers and ingredients are seasonal and sourced fresh, slight variations in colors, shapes, or floral types may occur.
• Dejavu guarantees that all replacements—if necessary—will match the quality and aesthetic of the original design.

• All recorded messages and QR-coded audio files are handled with full confidentiality.
• Dejavu does not share, store, or use personal audio files beyond the purpose of your delivery.

• Our delivery ambassadors are trained to maintain professionalism, respect, and discretion at all times.
• Any unsafe location, inappropriate request, or behavior from the recipient may result in termination of the delivery for staff safety.

• Dejavu currently operates only in Tehran and Isfahan.
• Deliveries outside these cities are not available at this time.

• Emergency same-day orders include red roses only and are subject to limited availability.
• Emergency orders cannot be rescheduled or modified.
